This French dessert is easy and fast for you
Chocolate Banana Crepes

Ingredients

1 1/2 cup milk
1 cup flour
2 tablespoon granulated sugar
Pinch salt
1 tablespoon vanilla, divided
3 eggs
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 bananas, sliced into 1/2" coins
1/2 cup melted chocolate

Instructions
  • In a blender, mix milk, flour, sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, eggs and melted butter. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and frothy. Leave the batter to rest for 15 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.

  • Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cover lightly with butter or vegetable oil. Add a quarter to a third of batter and spin Cook until the bottom of the cr�pe is golden, for 2 to 3 minutes. Using a rubber spatula or wands loosen the edge of the cr�pe, then invert quickly. Cook for 1 minute more and slide the cr�pe out of the pan. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter or oil to the pan if necessary.

  • Fold the crepes into quarters. garnish with melted chocolate and banana and strawberries
