This French dessert is easy and fast for you Chocolate Banana Crepes
Ingredients
1 1/2 cup milk 1 cup flour 2 tablespoon granulated sugar Pinch salt 1 tablespoon vanilla, divided 3 eggs 1/4 cup butter, melted 2 bananas, sliced into 1/2" coins 1/2 cup melted chocolate
Instructions
In a blender, mix milk, flour, sugar, salt, 1 teaspoon of vanilla, eggs and melted butter. Continue stirring until the mixture is smooth and frothy. Leave the batter to rest for 15 minutes at room temperature or refrigerate overnight.
Heat a non-stick pan over medium heat. Cover lightly with butter or vegetable oil. Add a quarter to a third of batter and spin Cook until the bottom of the cr�pe is golden, for 2 to 3 minutes. Using a rubber spatula or wands loosen the edge of the cr�pe, then invert quickly. Cook for 1 minute more and slide the cr�pe out of the pan. Repeat with the remaining batter, adding more butter or oil to the pan if necessary.
Fold the crepes into quarters. garnish with melted chocolate and banana and strawberries
