CREME CHANTILLY

A good Chantilly cream recipe is the basis for every French dessert. This rich whipped cream with vanilla extract is a classic embellishment to French pastries, to g�noise cakes.


Everything is a sweetened whipped cream with added vanilla - in some recipes the liqueurs are used instead of vanilla.

INGREDIENTS:


2 cups heavy cream
2 tablespoons granulated sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract 


INSTRUCTIONS:


  • Gather the ingredients.

  • In a large mixing bowl, beat heavy cream, sugar, and vanilla extract together on high speed until soft peaks form.

  • Chill any unused Chantilly cream.
