In this article I talk about a German recipe: Beef rolls with potatoes and vegetables. This recipe is very simple and good for health because it gives energy with meat proteins and vitamins of vegetables. Good for many occasions, very delicious and tasty.
INGREDIENTS:
Peeled and quartered potatoes, dry Paprika, onion, zucchini, tomatoes or vegetables of your choice 1 tablespoon of canola oil 1 kg of minced meat or half a kilo 1 egg salt pepper paprika
Seasoning of the meatloaf
some dried oregano 2 teaspoons of mustard 3 parsley stalks 1 tablespoon of mustard 1 sliced onion 1 pack of lard, bacon 2 cut gherkins
INSTRUCTIONS:
Chop the parsley in the mixing container
Add all the ingredients from the minced meat to 2 teaspoons of mustard to the pot and mix for 1 min. , using the spatula.
Spread the mixture of meat on a baking paper and distribute with mustard.
Spread the bacon, onion and pickled cucumbers and shape to roll using baking paper.
Season potatoes and vegetables, mix with 1 tablespoon of canola oil and spread. Bake in preheated oven at 180 C for about 50-60 minutes.
After 20 minutes check the cooking.
