FRENCH TOAST HAM CHEESE


Hi everyone
I like to share with you always new dishes, for every day, fast and easy to prepare and certainly tasty.

We know in French cooking always mix sweet and savory. It comes a fabulous flavor. You have to try it to know.

Preparations time: 15 Minutes
Preparations for: 2 servants

INGREDIENTS:

2 slices of toast (4 pieces cut)
3 eggs
milk 50 cc
2 tablespoons of sugar
Butter without salt 10 g
2 slices of ham
Two slices of cheese (mozzarella)
Maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS:

Take the toast, cut the edge and divide each piece in half.



In a bowl we put 3 eggs, add milk and sugar, with a whisk, mix it all together.












                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          
At the same time, take half toast and turn it inside the eggs.



Then, take a pan (better if triangular), add the butter and melt on the fire. When the butter is melted, add a ladle of the beaten eggs.













                                                                                                                                      

Place two slices of toast inside the pan. add a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on a slice of toast.













                                                                                                                                         

When the egg has solidified, fold one slice of toast over the other.














                                                                                                                           

At this point in the empty part of the pan, add another ladle of eggs. When it solidifies, turn the toast over the eggs.


                                                                                                                                               


                                                                                 

At this point the French Toast is ready, put on the plate, add the maple syrup and serve.



Repeat the steps described above for the other slices of toast.
