POMEGRANATE RUM PUNCH


Here is the recipe for a cocktail, famous in these days of holydays, to make your guests happy, and be you the queen of this party.

You can prepare this cocktail for any occasion, not just for New Year's Eve.

Serve for:
8 Guests


INGREDIENTS:


4 sachets of hibiscus tea
1 broken cinnamon stick
1 cup of pomegranate juice
1 cup of spiced rum
1/2 cup of fresh navel or red orange juice, in addition to slices for serving
1 prosecco in bottle (750 ml) or other sparkling wine, chilled
Pomegranate seeds, to serve
1 sprig of mint cut to garnish


INSTRUCTIONS:



  • Place tea bags and cinnamon stick in a large measuring cup. Top with 1 cup boiling water; let steep 5 minutes. Strain and cool to room temperature. 




  • Combine tea, pomegranate juice, rum, and orange juice in a pitcher. Slowly stir in prosecco. Serve over ice with orange slices and pomegranate seeds.

Done! your cocktail is ready to serve to your guests. You will be satisfied to see your guests happy.
