HONEY CHICKEN AND GARLIC

Hi everyone
today I want to open the door on dishes all over the world. It is nice to know delicious dishes from all over the world. Come with me and taste together.





Today's recipe is easy, simple and fast for a wonderful dinner.

The chicken should be scalded, then pour over a simple glaze of soy sauce, sesame oil, lime juice, Sriracha and honey and cook the chicken until it is cooked for about 25 minutes or less.


To make this dish use chicken thighs.
The chicken is cooked when its juices are clean.


If you do not like Sriracha sauce you can add your favorite spicy sauce, garlic sauce with chilli or a pinch of cayenne pepper or chopped pepper.

INGREDIENTS:

1/4 c. low-sodium soy sauce
3 tablespoon honey
2 cloves garlic minced
Juice of 1 lime
2 tablespoon sesame oil, divided
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 lb. boneless skinless chicken breasts
Kosher salt
Freshly ground black pepper
Sesame seeds for garnish
Sliced green onions for garnish
and if you want 1 tablespoon Sriracha

INSTRUCTIONS:

  • Preheat oven to 350�F or 180�C . In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, honey, garlic, lime juice, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, cornstarch and if you want Sriracha or, as you like it, a spicy sauce.


  • Season chicken with salt and pepper. In a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat, heat remaining tablespoon sesame oil. Add chicken and sear until golden, 4 minutes per side. Pour over glaze and transfer to oven.


  • Bake until chicken is no longer pink, 25 minutes max. 


  • Spoon glaze over chicken and broil until caramelized, 2 minutes. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds.


You can use this recipe for lunch accompanied with rice and salad.
